How We Can Help You

Seneca Environmental provides a suite of specialized services to support your organization in maximizing your impact.

Basic Services

We deliver renewable energy projects with a unique, holistic approach.

Pre-feasibility assessment:

  • We work to understand your company’s energy goals, timeline, and priorities.
  • We then analyze and present high-level opportunities for your company to procure cost-effective renewable energy that meet your goals.

Feasibility study:

  • We collect data and analyze the technical and economic feasibility of one or more renewable energy projects, providing a recommended path forward.

Project planning and oversight:

  • We model and design projects, identify sources of capital, and provide management and/or oversight during project development.
  • We work with clients to tailor our support to the specific needs of the project.

Project development:

  • We develop turnkey solutions or own and operate assets, delivering renewable energy via a power purchase agreement.

Energy projects:

  • Onsite: We plan and design projects for energy efficiency, demand charge management, onsite renewables, emergency resilience, electrification, and EV charging.
  • Offsite: We identify ways you can participate in our unique and high-visibility renewable energy projects; can include agrivoltaics and community solar projects.
  • Energy-as-a-Service: We offer competitively priced power purchase agreements (PPAs) for renewable energy projects, providing you energy savings with stable costs, without having to operate or maintain your project.
  • Transportation electrification: We plan and implement your electrification program to convert vehicle fleets to battery electric.

Community engagement:

  • Plan and construct sponsored community parks, food gardens, and green spaces; build community relationships.

Zero-waste construction and supply chains:

  • From zero-waste construction to lifecycle management to planning for decommissioning, maximize ways to increase positive impacts.

Reporting:

  • Measure economic and ESG impacts with radical transparency, aligned with the collective goals of your organization and the community.
